same things as we said above....just not as clearly
Customer Information: Information is collected at the
time of a sale in order to complete the sale and deliver
the product. Customer lists are not not sold or distributed
to third parties. StradaModa/LessonMax does not use
customer lists to send solicitations, except for pre-release
sales notification (when we have something new and cool)
and when there is an upgraded product already purchased.
Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are
processed by Paypal. Paypal was chosen for added security
and reliability. StradaModa/LessonTime does not maintain
a copy of the credit card information on its servers.
In the future, when we switch to an internal credit
card processing service, we will modify this section
of the privacy policy to reflect the change in information
storage.
Mailing
Lists: StradaModa/LessonMax maintains a newsletter
that is sent via email. Users are never added based
on requesting information, making a purchase, or forgetting
to uncheck some box during ordering. To exit the newsletter
mailing, simply respond to the newsletter with an
indication of removal and if a confirmation of the
removal is required, please indicate that as well.
User
Registration: We have an optional user registration
for our services. No information collected will be
used for any purpose not specified in the collection
of the data. (for instance, users may be able to opt
in for the newsletter and product release notifications
at the time of registration and then we will send
the user information on those specific items that
were requested)
